Kimberly Miller Kimberly has been in the meeting, association, and technology world for nearly 21 years.  Managing meetings for varied clients including The American Bar Association, Hadassah International, Midwest Database User's Group and the American Institute of Architects.  Since she co-founded Technical Registration Experts 16 years ago she has become an accomplished industry executive with vast experience working with both for-profit, not-for-profit organizations, its member, volunteers, and attendees.  She has a significant history managing teams in domestic and international settings including the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Illinois Home Care Council, and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.     

In 2000 she co-founded an online software company called Registration123, Inc. which develops and distributes web-based registration SaaS applications. The company’s flagship product, Registration123, streamlines the administrative tasks of online registration, e-commerce and conference management. It is her ongoing passion for technology and how it relates to the association and meeting industries that has sparked her recent interest in social technology.  Since 2008 she has been using social media tools to attract attention and attendance to her clients’ meetings and events.

Jeffrey MillerJeffrey Miller has acquired extensive registration and database experience over his 25-year tenure within the meeting industry. As Manager of Housing and Registration for Premier Group, Jeff coordinated programs for nationally known organizations such as Apollo Travel Services, Future Business Leaders of America and the National Association of Independent Insurers. His registration expertise and database knowledge led him to pursue a minor change of career as a database consultant within the meeting industry.

As a free lance database developer Jeff specialized in registration management solutions and developed specialized registration and housing systems for organizations such as the Automotive Industry Services Association, The North American Wholesale Lumber Association, AON, Illinois Credit Union League, Hadassah, Metro Connections and The Anti Defamation League.

For the last 16 years, Jeff has been a Partner in Technical Registration Experts, Inc., a full service meeting registration company, and Registration123, a software as a service (SaaS) online registration software company, where he enthusiastically manages the priceless resource of member and registration data for his varied clients.

She learned the ins and outs of the industry at an accelerated pace - by doing. In just two months, she was producing regional commercials and industrials on her own.
